Private Yoga Sessions & Rates

There are several ways to build the benefits of yoga. If your main objective is to relax and release a little stress, you will likely be just fine with any format; whether recordings or in-person group classes. Private classes is another option to deepen your practice. Private yoga sessions offer a tailored experience which will help you move along your path with a greater sense of progress.

With a private class, you can tailor your practice to meet your needs, whether you’d like to focus on your specific goals which can be geared towards the postures, the philosophy, the breathing, the chanting and so on. Private classes can be individual, or with your chosen group. They are also a great way to experience in-person classes but have control over who you’re practicing with during this pandemic (we can even agree on issues such as vaccination status, mask wearing & social distancing), or we can get a virtual class together so you can flow along with your family and friends who don’t live near by, and even end with a little social time after. I can leave the zoom room afterwards so you can catch up on your own.

With a private yoga class, we will determine exactly what you’d like to focus on and the objective of the class. Classes can be one time or can be continuous with a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule.

Details: Virtual or in-person. All other details will be worked out per individual needs.

Class Rates: 2 students; $50 per hour ($62.5 – 1.25 hours / $75 – 1.5. hours)

Additional students: $25 per hour / $31.25 for 1.25 hours / $37.50 for 1.5 hours
