Recorded Classes

Thanks for checking out my class recordings library! Below is a list of my current collection. Some were recorded live and some pre-recorded. The idea behind the recorded library is to help support your at-home practice and for those interested in taking class but who are unable to attend live.

I feel very strongly that yoga should be accessible to all – and without hesitation at receiving the teachings. Regardless of your faith or spiritual leanings, yoga offers a wonderful format to help us deepen our alignment between our physical & energetic bodies. This alignment is what brings about that sweetness in life. If you feel inspired & able, donations are appreciated but not required.




CHAIR YOGA

Chair Yoga: focus is on mobility and flexibility. This practice is open level and will be conducted seated, though options for standing postures will be offered.

VINYASA PRACTICES

Vinyasa flow: focus is on alignment and linking poses together. This practice is open level and will include options for beginner yogi’s to the more advanced. Practice will include standing postures as well as those on the hands & knees and is advisable for each student to be able to get up and down from the floor with ease.

YOGA FUNDAMENTAL PRACTICES

Yoga fundamentals: focus is on alignment and posture. Props – either items you have in-home or purchased yoga props such as blocks, blankets and straps are often used. This practice is accessible to all and will include modifications for ailments such as wrist, hip & knee issues, arthritis as well as for those who may struggle getting up and down from the floor.

GENTLE FLOW / RESTORATIVE

In these gentle flow & restorative classes, they will include a short 20-minute slow & gentle restorative practice including yogic breath work. Each pose will be held for 4-11 full breaths designed to help draw our attention inward while opening and loosening the energy within the body. This class is for everyone and modifications will be offered when appropriate.

Take a moment to explore your inner world through a guided meditation. This is a practice that can be done seated or lying down. No postures are included. You’ll just need a quiet and comfortable place where you can relax yet remain aware.

FAMILY MORNING PRACTICE

Family Morning Practice: is our personal family morning routine. This class includes a little breathwork, a little warming up, 1-vinyasa flow (Surya Namaskar A) and a small ‘silent sitting’. Good for all ages – let the kids have fun with it! Recommended to be able to get easily up and off of the floor.

MORNING KRIYA

Morning Kriya: this is my go-to morning practice of chanting, breathwork, & meditation. This practice is accessible to all, no experience is needed – you’ll just want a comfortable seat; whether that’s a chair, sofa, bolster or the floor. It does not include postures or movement and is designed to align, center and create a safe space to explore your inner world while clearing & balancing the energetic body.
